Am I hearing things or does this guy sound just a tad bit like Ray Liotta (voice of Tommy Vercetti from Vice City)? I might be jumping the gun but could this be a return to a former protagonist? That character they showed though looked a little like the Max Payne they're showing in Max Payne 3. Assuming that guy is the character you play as.

They're goin' goin' back, back to Cali, cali ... well in this case Los Santos. The graphics look much brighter and vivid as compared to IV (probably because of the cities they represent). The character looks a bit like Pierce Brosnan which gives me the feeling of a story based on white middle class America and the bad side associated with it.

Its seems all citizens in the game are interactive with protagonist, like chicks are looking at you, turning around to see you, either their like your style and sex appeal or not. seems players will be able to date every chick in game.
also there are dogs!
and you could probably start your own business and receive some sort of income if your company is successful.
thats my speculation, based on what i saw in the trailer, and that V logo is based on dollar bill. it means whole game will be based on getting money, just like original SA.

Yes sir, back to San Andreas it is. When I saw the beach at the very beginning, I thought it was Vice City for a second. When I realized it was San Andreas, I was just as excited. No release date shown though.

One of the Houser brothers (the one that writes the scripts for GTA) once said that they put a number in the title when there's a significant change. When it's a huge leap from the last series iteration. We're going to find out if that holds true tomorrow.

^yup Frankie but I don't think the will put this in GTA V ? WHY ? Because Ballad Of Gay Tony was about parties and shit. But one strange thing about new GTA is number. They usually change number when new generation comes.
Gta 3, VC, SA were based on the same engine as GTA 3 only few modofications.
GTA IV: New genaration, RAGE, Euphoria new era of GTA,
GTA V: I don't think they will made totally new engine because RAGE is damn good.
Many think about San Andreas because is the only one episode without :"San Andreas Stories".

I honestly think that Vice City was the best one. Being based off of Scarface was damn near perfect

I'm still thinking it's Vice City. Episodes From Liberty City having Vice City Radio seemed like they were trying to tell us where they were going next. Although I could see it being Vice City or San Andreas being that there were billboards in GTA IV that were advertisements for San Andreas plane tickets. Just 1 more day.
