I've never seen anything earlier than Express and Motion, but I wasn't around back in the 90's with this Pac thing. There were Pac songs on mixtapes as early as 95 that I'm aware of, though -
Cynical, Dizzy, [MENTION=206]Dj Dant and [MENTION=1133]Rock i think they made the first fan made tapes back in '04, can't remember on other fan made tapes before those

I did put my first mixtape out in 2004 called "Return Of A Thug"."Being in Marin City was like a small town so it taught me to be more straight forward with my style. Instead of of being so metaphorical with the rhyme where i might say something like...

I can't remember the exact year, but the earliest fan made mixes I remember downloading and keeping were from Blackdaze. I know there was a Blackdaze mixtape that dropped in 2004, but I believe there were Blackdaze mixes circulating around 2000-2001??
Other than that, Cynical comes to mind as mentioned above.Comment
