This is just a lil draft I've been playing around with for a while and pulled up the session today just to add a few things here and there. It's more of a "what if" type of mix like what if Shock G used more of the sample and made the beat more like Stevie Wonder's "That Girl". My homey suggested that if I finish this mix I should add Stretch's verse into this mix. If I do I'll more than likely do that.

Really??? I actually looooooved the LP version, but I do get what you're saying from a production standpoint. The LP version kinda has this sound like other samples may have been removed and the beat may be slightly restructured for the official release. I might just loop the beat to finish it.

I had actually been fighting with myself about adding the "Retail Version" bass line in every so often on the beginning and on the hook sections. That bass line was sooooooooooooo fuckin' dope to me
