is this just a slowed down track or what would you say was the major differences? Its interesting, but i cant put a finger on it.

no its not slowed down, i mastered the vocals from the acapella to todays standards. and i also added some 2pac adlibs to the hook part to fill it in a bit. also i ended the instrumental properly. and to boot its all a true wav mixdown. so its perfect quality. enjoy.
