Yes. The Acapella Was Re-Converted To Stereo Because It Was Mono At Some Point. Spectrum Removal Shows This As Well As Phase Inversion. A Couple People Who Hooked Me Up With A Cpu, Said ," It seems like the song used to be mono and has been converted to stereo. "

Nope, stereo or mono has nothing to do with how a cpu comes out. It doesn't matter what anyone else says.

If I'm right, a mono mixed acapella has the vocals dead centered in a mix, a mono acapella itself you can't widen the stereo; pan left or right

But to get around it's shitty sound all you'd have to do is duplicate the vocals and pan both of them 25% to the left & right. It's what I do

You are correct, but the outcome of a cpu acapella is not affected if its Mono or Stereo. The problem is that remix was poorly mixed without adjusting the volume levels.
