i never like the beat to begin with so i aint feeling it. but its your mix and as long as you like it, have it!

I'm not feeling this switch-up too much. I can't get into it because of the fact that the vocals don't match the emotion of the song. I mean, you wouldn't mix Changes w/ How Do U Want It or Fuck Em All with Still I Rise, would you? With that said, I like how it flows on the beat but it ain't for me. I'm sure lots of people will love it tho since this isn't the first switch-ups tape you've done.

Yeah the combination doesn't work, it's mixing some rough street thug stuff with a semi-emotional type beat, but mixed correctly.

No disrespect, I just can't stand switch-ups, regardless how good they are, I like to hear a 2pac beat and think of that song, otherwise it just confuses the soul of the OG it was taken from. Others may like switups, just not my taste...

i like the switch up @djmoey but yeh the vocals dont match the whole vibe of the instrumental thats about the only flaw but the rest is spot on man good job

i see wat u mean, but kinda already mixed down and its on my tape. perosnally i like hearing that thug type of music with an emotional melody! i mix for myself, and as long as i am happy im not worried. i know switch ups arnt a big hit these days, but i havent released anything for a while. thought id drop something simple! so enjoy the mixtape when it comes out... props on the comments

I agree 50% with this. Ofcourse you make mixes you like etc. But You do not only mix for yourself. Ofcourse thats a big part, but if you only made mixes for yourself, why you dropping them on the net?

Ofcourse you want people like your stuff, and you care about what other people think. Every producer, remixer, Dj want that.

Its a bit hypocrite to say you only mix for yourself, I dont see why u drop them to the net then?
