I dunno how to help over the forum, and I’m using mobile, but it’s a very simple fix:

Drag the vocals this way <<< by a second or so, as the vocals start a little too late hence why it’s not flowing well.

For example; the lyrics “you ain’t got to LIE to kick it”, the word “LIE” should fall on the first kick of the beat to fix it.
