The Remakes 2 • presented by Whizz
Hello, fellow members, guess who's back. The saga continues and i'm happy to present you the second part of the remakes a self-esteemed continue of the more than successfull 1st part. Before you download i must warn those of you who expect to hear the exact copies of the ogs on this cd - you won't. I'm not a fan of complete remaking, but i always like to bring something new.
About the project. All the tracks presented are revisited with the original samples, i re-did some of the drum lines also, but i'm sure you will hear some freshness in what they sound like now. Despite all the hate (you know who you are) the cd is completely de-tagged, so your ears won't be disturbed with some tagged bullshit. I tried to follow the tradition of fat drums and clear samples. So what's new? Staring At The World Through My Review has an extended intro, i wanted to make a movie vibe, but gave up this idea later, Ghetto Gospel has 2 verses only (due to the pella), Hellrazor is something i bet nobody ever done before - a revisited the retail version with the female outro, as it meant to be, but was later cut, R U Still Down [Remember Me] turned out funkeey, personally i love this sample much, so i couldn't help myself to mix it, Me And My Closest Roaddawgz has a Kadafi's verse which will be a surprise for some of you, Hold On Be Strong was revisited with later found og sample), High Speed contains adlibs cut from the retail version for some reason, etc..
