Am I hearing things or does this guy sound just a tad bit like Ray Liotta (voice of Tommy Vercetti from Vice City)? I might be jumping the gun but could this be a return to a former protagonist? That character they showed though looked a little like the Max Payne they're showing in Max Payne 3. Assuming that guy is the character you play as.

Yea apparently Ray Liotta's management confirmed that he wasn't involved. Someone's comment in the report of that info I read mentioned something about having a clause in his contract about not being able to speak on the game. It made me think, it is possible. If they had said 'no comment' that's pretty much a dead giveaway the answer is 'yes'. Although I do realize that I'm grasping at whatever I can. A fan can dream, right?

YEA man there is theory about that BUT:
Why would Tommy move from Vice City to L A for beatiful weather ? In Vice is much better I think.

ANd his last line in trailer "you know how it is..." sounds exactly like Tommy Verceti's line he said to Ken after last mission in VC.

People don't call the city in GTA IV New York even tho New York is the obvious inspiration. They call it Liberty City because that's the official name of it. What's the difference with this one

Well yeah the inspiration of Los Santos comes from L.A. like most City's in the GTA universe.. But it's not correct to call it L.A. since its not. It's called Los Santos.
