very comfortable 2-0 win for us! calling someone a waste of oxygen over being passionate about something?? come on hoe, don't be like that.

This is it though. People sit at home watching TV and talking about "us", when in reality there is no "us". We see that same stuff with other team sports too. People who haven't played a second think they are in the team. Being passionate about something that is the most common thing to be passionate about in the whole world? You think everyone selected soccer? Could it be that the people were fooled to care about the same thing? These people would all purchase the same things if they won the lottery too: nice house, nice car, big tv... just so that they could watch the same crap everyone else watches. Is that even "being passionate" or just acting like a dumb sheep?

Or how about some nut jobs beating people to death (or at least close to it) for wearing a shirt of the wrong team? Soccer is entertainment. It's advertising space for companies. People going crazy over some expensive billboards? Get the fuck outta here!

I like seeing the poor countries win. It's a game for those countries that don't have anything else. Seeing rich western countries winning is embarrassing.
