Just cought the Philly/Bulls game on NBATV, went down to the wire! Chicago probably would've won if they had Rose and Noah. Congrats to the 76ers though.

Outside of Kobe LA's playing horribly tonight. Their bigs have been nonexistant (Gasol only had one make in the half and a goaltend at the end of the second quarter...), and this game has gotten to the point where everyone is afraid to even shoot the ball. It looks like The Lakers are playing hot potato out there. Kobe's playing sick and his FG % is probably better than the entire Laker team combined! This is shaping up to be a good win for Denver. Ty Lawson looking scary.

Well it looks like game 7, but honestly after watching this game, it's become painfully apparent that if LA even wins this, they'll get destroyed by OKC. Denver vs. Thunder would be a better game to watch.

Nah, I wouldn't say it's worthy to call it his flu game, mainly because...

1. LA got blown out, Chicago pulled out with the win.
2. MJ had the flu during the NBA Finals rather than the first round, so there was a lot more at stake.

Kobe had a good game, but I doubt anyone will look back at the game as fondly as people look back at Jordan's flu game.

well He had to take pills to stop diarea, being sick etc so Yeah I would add to the low altitude of Denver which makes it hard to breath, so it's more impressive to Me.

... but it was all for nothing. Yes, Kobe played an impressive game but his teammates didn't pick up the slack. Every time he scored a jumper Denver would answer right back with a 3. LA looked old and uninterested. More people are gonna remember game 6 as the game Ty Lawson went off rather than Kobe having the stomach virus.
