Honestly I love BIG but shit like this annoys me sometimes because it makes me think what the fuck are they doing over at the 2Pac estate. Biggies legacy has been better taken care of than Pacs. I mean this looks amazing way better than the 1080p "remasters" we got for 2Pac

This isn't an upscale.

They've remastered it in the true sense by using the footage from the film negatives which is why the picture is so dope. It's a costly process though. Juicy is a hit music video so it makes sense to have done it for this song. Maybe they'll do one pac video but I don't see them doing it for all. From a record label perspective, the demand is not there to cover the cost + profit from it.
