I wouldn't be so sure. because apparently it might not be Royce after all. the only evidence that it is Royce,is some random tweet. Persona hit it on the nail as to why it's not Royce. The person Em is really talking about is someone from the Soul Intent days,the same dude that gave the "foolish pride" track to Benzino and the source magazine. in Difficult Eminem says whoever it was, was with him and Proof when they got arrested for shooting people with paintball guns. So it is not Royce because apparently that incident happened before Slim and Royce met.
