[MENTION=2415]Havok do you like the track because of it's production? The singing? His last album Rebirth has a similar vibe to it. You probably should skip Tha Carter IV though, it looks like How to Love is the only song of its kind on that album.

It's just a matter of trying to fill the "void." The people of my generation were mad young when pac and big were making their marks and now that their dead and they've left such a lasting impact, they almost seem like urban legends or folk heroes ya know? The guys who were considered the most talented of their time. Lil Wayne isn't as talented as pac and big imo, but to other people it's like the dude's the biggest thing hiphop's seen since the pac/big era. At the same time, people were saying that 50 was gonna be the next big thing too, but he only made one successful album. Though Wayne has proved that his career has stronger legs than 50.

This is all true, but as a rapper he's lost alot of relevance. I will admit, because of him being a bored celebrity, he's come up with some hilarious antics.

These songs bump especially in a car with a decent sub. He had good originality back then but now I hate his new material. Though I prefer him to The Game.

don't listen to him much and I don't think he's a very good rapper but I like his song "mirror", only thing I don't understand is wtf is bruno mars doing on that track....
