his role as Lt. Frank Drebin (The Naked Gun trilogy) is legendary and make him immortal.

Detective Nordberg: Drugs... drugs...
Lt. Frank Drebin: Nurse! Get this man some drugs! Can't you see he's in pain?
(nurse administers drugs)
Detective Nordberg: No... no...
(pulls Frank towards him)
Detective Nordberg: Heroin, Frank! Heroin...
Lt. Frank Drebin: Uh... that's a pretty tall order, Nordberg. You'll have to give me a couple of days on that one.

Lt. Frank Drebin: Wilma, I promise you; whatever scum did this, not one man on this force will rest one minute until he's behind bars. Now, let's grab a bite to eat.

Leslie Nielsen has passed away November 28, 2010 in hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida after complications from pneumonia. He was 84.
