Happy Friday everyone!
To start things off, there have been a couple of site updates this past week.
The site has been updated to the latest version of vBulletin, 4.2.1, which includes updates to the Activity Stream and Navigation Bar, as well as some bug fixes.
Also, every style on the site has been completely redone to vBulletin 4.2.1 standards. Over the years, styles get updated along with the site updates, but a lot of the templates that have been manually changed don't get updated due to conflicts. The styles should look the same, but they are now written with newer code, which means they will handle database requests faster, and should be more efficient at caching and loading. The end result should be that the site loads a bit faster for you.
Now, today as promised, we bring you part one of the Deon Evans interview conducted by [MENTION=856]L-Booma.
