anyone who wants to design a banner to fit a lighter style, it would be greatly appreciated

i opened up a style called NM White. IT IS FAR FROM DONE SO BEAR WITH ME. I just opened it now for those who need a lighter style

I am working on the styles again. I will keep everyone posted on updates.

So far all I have done is fixed some of the buttons, such as edit, new thread etc

Set the darker style to default for those who havent seen it yet. Please leave some feedback on what you think of it.

started working on the lighter styles again. been busy for awhile. the 2 lighter styles look like shit basically right now.

im liking the two dark styles though. ill keep you guys updated

i found one 2 days ago i just cant find it now
it was on vbteam i remember
the 3.7 free styles section, 2nd or 3rd page

i changed the lighter style up a bit, its decent now. the header and footer are too dark but ill get to that when i can

i found one this morning before my laptop windows crash
its on vbteam
i liked the silver gradients and stuff , i also found alot of good stuff
maybe backgrounds look shit, but it all can be changed

ill look further once i fix the laptop

and there are alot and i mean ALOT of dope styles for free

ill hit u up with the links, but again, once i get the laptop fixed

so ive noticed. i looked around but i cant seem to find any i like. i will keep working with it. for now the dark and darker styles are nice so we can keep using those

the silver look is good but its too bright
some parts should be darker

my suggestion is look for those free styles, upload them and edit the header and footer to match your forum like i did on pig latin

that will take away the headache of settin main css colors and making gradients
because it is said that designing vbulletin styles is one of the hardest tasks for designers, although it doesnt require much but the gradients and main css are a big problem

I have made the lighter style available. It is far from done, and needs a lot of work. The header and footer needs to be fixed, the category strips need to be updated and the colors need to be touched up.

Please give me feedback on anything else you think needs fixing.

started work on fixing up the darker style. most of the buttons have been fixed now. hit refresh if you still see the wrong color background on any of them. please report any problems you find.

was thinking about making it default, but google already indexed so many pages with the old one. i guess it doesnt really matter though. i need to finish it though first. dont want guests coming here and seeing an unfinished style. ill think about it tomorrow at work, finish up the darker style and decide if it should be default
