Question about VIP...

I didnt want to have to make a thread but ive left if a few days, and i pm'd josh didnt hear back hes obviously busy or watever.
Now I know its not all about the VIP obviously but obviously would love to get in and think I have the requirements now and dont know whats up (thought system did automatically) maybe someone else can help me out.
