Are you talking about an Avatar under your name like my falling down homer?

Assuming that is what you're talking about do the following...

At the very top of the page click settings...
Look at the left side of the page under My settings... Click "Edit Avatar"
Either provide the link to the photo you want to use, or click upload, select a picture on your computer and then click upload.
