But if I DM someone on here and ask them to meet, with the intent of murdering them, that's not technically a forum issue either. I'm sure you catch my drift. I don't think you want that person on the forum, regardless of the technicality of the issue. A forum is not bound to adhere to individual constitutional rights, staff can make their own assertations about what kind of people benefit the community, and what kind of people don't. It's like hosting a private party with guests. If there is a guest that you don't want there, you can demand that they leave. There are invite-only forums out there where you have to apply to join. As staff running this forum, you can decide exactly what kind of people you allow here, and what kind of people you don't. It's not a human right to be included in a private party. I don't know if you guys convene councils or actively talk about forum policy, or if every mod is a freelance agent. That works fine for moderating occasional beef or spam, but when you have a troll actively trying to infiltrate the community using deceptive methods designed to slip under the radar, it requires a more uniform response. I say this from the recent experience of trying to run a community where this guy tried to infiltrate using the same deceptive methods, and having a team of moderators that mostly work as freelance agents. When he's posting links to a YouTube channel full of fake AI-generated snippets that are advertised as "Exclusive Unleaked", that's a forum issue just like posting a download link to a virus that fucks your computer up is a forum issue. You are giving him a platform to do bad stuff, and even protecting his "right" to do so.
We can't do much about Reddit, Instagram or Youtube, where he also has a presence (and has fooled loads of people already), but when people hear his claims about exclusive material and go out there looking for a "hardcore" 2Pac community where they can ask about it, there's like two places left where they can go. It's here and the discord. So when they come here, and see him making these claims here unopposed, that both helps a) legitimize his lies, and b) de-legitimize 2pac-forum as a whole. It makes it seem like the place where trolls, liars and scammers roam free. I'll gladly put together a little "proof package" for you if you somehow have it in your mind that we're just two peas in a pod that's going at it on equal terms, and/or if you just don't wanna spend time researching it for yourself. I can make a list of links to his Youtube videos that are falsely claiming credit for leaks, and then add URLs to the exact posts on Discord where the content was originally posted, and you can compare dates with your own eyes. The kind of clear cut evidence that would speak for itself and be unquestionable in proving he is a pathological liar.

So I can just blatantly lie about anything as long as I don't speak badly about other members? You can't prove I'm lying, right, and I'm innocent until proven guilty. Are scammers that try to scam on the forum not a forum concern? So the only thing moderators really need to watch out for, is members hurting each others feelings with bad words? Never mind that the way scammers successfully scam people is by creating an overwhelming sense of false legitimacy. What do you personally think his intentions are with all this lying? Who lies about owning unheard material? Who tries to block other content creators illegitimately because they are trying to control a false narrative that they are the "don of rares"? A person with good intentions would do something like this in your estimation? There's literally no end-game to this situation that's positive for this forum or anyone but Ryda himself (and even that's arguable). So we're just gonna sit by and see this movie play itself out for the Nth time even though we've seen it before, and hold our reaction until _after_ people have been scammed because in a court of law you can't prosecute someone for something that didn't happen yet?
My overall question is, why would you go to the length of protecting the "rights" of a proven liar to continue lying and causing disturbance? Because he's just a chill guy that loves 2Pac's music lol? He uses this platform for recruitment to his server (and cause of "destroying" the 2Pac scene) and trolling. And effectively, his mission to "destroy" us, and his habit of sniping anything that's being shared and posting it up in his Discord as "Row Ryda Exclusive" is causing me to not really feel comfortable posting anything at all here.
