I know the moderators and admins here don't come here several times a day like they used to. So I'm thinking there's probably some things going on right now that you should know about. I love to write long posts, but for this one I'm actually gonna try to keep it short and simple.
There is a guy who calls himself "Tha Row Ryda". On this forum he has changed his name to "The Scene Killer". Some history:
- He was a member in the discord.
- He quickly became despised. It's hard to understand why people hate him so much if you don't interact with him. At face value he just seems like another guy. But he is anything but.
- He started making a ruckus about being "owed" stuff that was sold over on bomb1st.com VIP. His claim was that he had spoken to Suge Knight, and Suge had "okay'ed" that he gets the material. Therefore it's his right to have it, and when people wouldn't just give him stuff for free, he went off at them.
- So we banned him from the discord. He did not like that.
- He started his own discord. He created multiple alternate accounts and started trying to inflitrate our discord, while using his YouTube following to try and get members into his server. Since we're pretty relaxed overall, obviously he managed to spy on us.
- He was sitting idly in there, sniping download links offered by members of the discord - but more than that, members of the online 2Pac scene - and posting them to his Youtube claiming credit for them. Most people in the discord server are people that have been around on forums for years.
- He also started DMing people and managed to fool a few friendly, helpful souls into sending him some VIP content.
- All the stuff he sniped, and all the VIP content he was sent, he posted up on his Youtube, claiming it came from him.
- When he ran out of stuff to post, he started making up fake stuff like lossless server rips (that don't exist), and fake AI songs that he is claiming is real. Right now, you can go to www.youtube.com and search for his channel "Tha Row Ryda" and look at his last 20 videos. Like 5 of them are fake AI songs that he is claiming are "exclusive, unleaked". They are obviously fake, and any long time 2Pac fan will be able to know as much.
- In an attempt to try and help all those poor souls he's lying to and stringing along with fake clips and promises of leaks of content that he doesn't even have, a few of us started responding to his videos, calling "fake" when the stuff he posted was obviously fake. He deletes all thsoe comments actively. Mostly, it's just sad that a straight liar has a following of 16500 people on youtube, that he continues to lie to.
- He frequently spams the shoutbox. To be fair, so do a lot of other people as well, but he just comes in here to repeat shit like calling various members on the discord gay, saying he's "real" and he's got "all the rares" and to "stop posting lies" and similar bullshit. Saying nothing of essence and just making hollow claims about.... nothing.
- He's actively preying on members here and trying to "win people over" to his cause by engaging them in DMs and using visitor messages. Considering he is a verifiable liar and full of shit, I feel somewhat of an inclination to try to counter-snipe old timers that don't visit very often anymore, and that don't stay up to date on scene politics bullshit.
- Tonight, I posted up a high quality restoration of the original "Hit Em Up". Since he has already posted the song before on his YouTube channel, he said I stole it from him, to stop stealing his ideas, and issued a copyright strike so the video is down for at least a week. Get this: he claimed copyright ownership of an unreleased 2Pac song that we have had for 20 years because people in our server didn't give him VIP content for free.
These are just quick bullet points. The actual story involves a lot more degenerate shit that I won't bore you with. I know this all probably might sound like "Rizzle vs. Row Ryda" to people not intimately familiar with the situation, so I'll say the same thing I try to tell the people I warn about this guy: There's a few people in the discord server that have been respected members of 2pac-forum.com since its beginning. The names that come to mind are Klockwork, Dominator or Rock, but I'm sure I'm forgetting some people. So to any mod that sees this and wonders "what's this bullshit", please take two minutes to reach out to one of those guys (if you know and trust them) and ask them what they think of this Ryda guy. All of them have been more or less around to see the whole thing play out. That guy is a walking, talking hand grenade waiting to go off. He only posts bullshit, he is actively trying to cause problems, and he gets away with making claims like saying this is an unheard 2Pac song that he has:
Like come on now. Verifiable liar, trying to cause trouble for people, spreading misinformation and lies, and ruining everyone's fun in the shoutbox. He was already temp banned twice on this forum, and from his username (ThaRowRyda2) I suspect he has an older account that was banned long ago. And I think one of the mods said he also had multiple accounts the last time he was temp banned. We've all seen this movie before. For God's sake, ban him, revoke his shoutbox privileges, anything, but don't let this piece of shit run loose and spread lies and misinformation. At best, he's a huge disturbance, and at worst, he's just an evil, pathetic piece of shit. Like, what does my Hit Em Up remaster have to do with him, or VIP material? He's a troll and nothing more.
