I'm not the admin but I don't think it will work. It's a vbulletin 4 skin. This site here uses vbulletin 5.

Unfortunately as Immortal said, that's a VB4 skin and not compatible. The skins system is almost entirely different in VB5. It's really too bad too as there were some awesome skins for VB4.
