guys i too was like wtf who is this kid when he first came out? just another younger on some bullshit. just like us all im like fuck the music scene. i only give kendrick and j cole a pass in my playlist. tired of all this mainstream garbage. but some of my peers and even my younger ones that acknowledge that i mostly love old school hip hop... they said to me "hold up and appreciate this dude for a moment" and they sent me this...and compared to how some other rappers are making low vibration music. tbh i put my pride aside and i thought u know what. this actually wasn't as bad as i expected... hes on some depressing emo rap vibe.

someone like joe budden who is an old school heads like us. has has fired shots at all these pop tarts in interviews that make wack music with all these fucked up hair cuts. and no joe budden isn't where i hold the bar even, but he was like "i have to admit that xxxtentacion's album was actually pretty good."
i've heard people say: that the impression he gave on his first tracks to blow into the mainstream is completely different to what type of content is on the album.. it was like tricking the media by this approach: "let me release these extra nonsensical material to grab there attention, and once i got there attention imma drop them some deeper stuff on my anticipated album."

i have yet to check out his album. and those are like the only two songs that were shown to me for me to give him a chance... also those 2 songs were sampled by some instagram guy that plays really short songs. https://www.instagram.com/shilohdynasty/?hl=en so i also appreciated the tracks on that level also.
