I have made a change to the shoutbox. On our default style, (dark style) we were having trouble with slower speeds, since a good percent of members and 100% of guests use the dark style. This means every guest and spider on the site, which at any given time could be 50-100 people, loaded the shoutbox each time they loaded the main forum page. To alleviate this I have removed the shoutbox from the dark style's homepage. To make up for it I added a Shoutbox tab that you can click on to view the shoutbox.
Guests and spiders only use the default style (nm vb4 dark) so the rest of the styles are unchanged, and have the shoutbox like normal.
