imo you shouldnt tell people to push through hard right from the start
gym every day is too much imo, imo your body needs breaks to build up, like building up every 2 days is ok (in my thinking)
for a beginner 3 days each week should be enough imo
but u are def. right when u say start of right now, thats so true, if u dont start now, u will maybe never start, and if you wont stay at it u may never get back to it

ps: im a lazy ass, but i wanna get back to doing pull ups and bizeps workout 3 days each week, like every tuesday, thursday & saturday, and maybe also further home workout for my back and stomach, gotta build up the workout from time time time, i couldnt get right from 0 to 100 in a few days

No im not new, after my sickness i had a break 3months...I have slowly come back to my level to go further
No, right you cant go from 0 to 100 thats a fakt! but, you should give 100% in your train time (45-60minutes max.) to get the maximum for your body building.
I train for a 3 split workout plan if you know what i mean...so each muscle group is resting 2 days...then the 6x per week are all right for me at the moment...1 day is only cardio training (sometimes)...all depends how and what you want to train, and at what level is your body, everyone has a different genetic, then can you say i go 3x or 6x to the gym, i think with my split training is 6x okay (my thinking) but it is always good to talk with others about

I do not say go every day in the studio but go sooner rather than later thats what i mean You shouldnt go from 0 to 100 so you do more damage as you're doing well...that's logical ... you have to BUILD it...I also feel me homie

PS: the guys in the video have also started at 0 and trained loooong and hard....motivation....
